Admission Procedure:
- Files of prospective new foreign student students brought or sent to the International Affairs Office (KUI) which include: passport color photos, diplomas and transcripts of previous education (legalized in Indonesian or English), curriculum vitae or family card
- KUI staff register prospective new foreign students at the new student admissions section of STIMI YAPMI Makassar
- The new student admissions department and KUI carry out the selection process
- If prospective new foreign students are declared to meet the requirements and are accepted, KUI will issue a Letter of Acceptance (LOA)
- The academic bureau issued a statement containing the announcement that international students were accepted/failed to study at STIMI YAPMI Makassar, addressed to the STIMI YAPMI Makassar Office
- The higher education institution (KUI) completes the required documents and submits a study permit application to the Institutional Director through the Foreign Student Study Permit application.
- The Study Permit Service Manager at the Institutional Directorate receives, verifies and validates Study Permit applications from tertiary institutions.
- The Institutional Director approves the study permit using a Digital Signature that has received certification from BSrE.
- The higher education institution (KUI) receives approval for the study permit and delivers the study permit letter to the student.
- The Study Permit (IB) Service Manager at the Institutional Directorate facilitates the implementation of supervision, evaluation and guidance of international students through the Clearing House forum.
- Students are accepted as new foreign national students
Criteria and Requirements:
The criteria for prospective foreign students who wish to apply to undergraduate programs are:
- Graduated from SMA/MK or equivalent (for Bachelor's programs) and graduated from undergraduate programs (for Master's programs)
- Pass the Entrance Screening Examination (USM)
- Have paid off financial obligations
- Have academic achievements and/or non-academic achievements
- Maximum age 35 years
The requirements that must be met for prospective foreign students are as follows:
- Motivation Letter (Ms. Word or PDF)
- Birth certificate
- Academic transcript and high school/MK diploma or equivalent
- Passport (min. 30 months after entering college)
- Medical certificate
- Passport size photo
- Academic or non-academic Achievement Certificate
